Google tv issues with only some apps using hotspot

When using hotspot (with a new phone), on Google TV - Netflix and Crave will not connect but Prime and YouTube will. With the first phone, it was synced to Google TV using wifi but with the second, we only have hotspot as an option. There were no issues connecting using hotspot with the first phone. Any suggestions?

The issue you're experiencing with your Chromecast with Google TV is likely due to the device not being connected to high-speed internet. To ensure the best experience, a stable high-speed connection is essential. I recommend a minimum speed of 20 Mbps to support high-definition streaming and keep the interface responsive.
