Hi, just got a google tv streamer and unable to install Binge or Kayo apps. I get an error says not compatible with device. Is there a plan to update these apps to be compatible with the google tv streamer? And when can we expect that to happen? Very disappointed as I was under the impression those apps were available from the information in the website.

I concur with MKS23 concerns. The Kayo Sports app is my most used app by a very big margin. What support is available to confirm or resolve this issue?

That link for available apps has Kayo listed as available on google tv streamer, yet when trying to install it is unavailable from the App Store on the streamer, or via play store.

Hello MKS23,
I consulted by phone with Google support Tuesday night Australian time. There was no immediate resolution but they sent me an email requesting video and screen screen shots illustrating the issue. Overnight Thursday I received the following emailed response.
"
Thank you for the videos, as I consulted and checked the issue with my team, they just advised me that we are presenting an ongoing general issue with the Kayo app. Our engineering team are already working on it and we just need to wait for updates from them.
Our team recommends using the casinting option from the Kayo app to be able to use in the meantime. But do not worry, I will be letting you know any updates about this problem to let you up to date. We appreciate your understanding and patience on this.
If you still have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us back at any time. We are more than happy to help!
