Have you tried pressing the home button on remote to acces the setting menu to restart the device?

Install the new Google Home version 2.46.17 application update and try pairing the application built-in remote.

Hard reset the device.

If its not working try contacting Google support by message board.

Seems remote doesn't work when this happens..till now did a reset from setting page . Didn't work.

Hey there!

It looks like mactv was able to reboot that device, so I'm locking the thread. As always, feel free to make a new thread if you have any more questions or concerns.

Thank you for your help, djtetei!

Best regards,
Jeran
