How to make google tv open first?

Hello, I have a Toshiba tv that came with Amazon’s Fire tv, but I prefer the Google tv interface so I switched over. All the buttons on my remote function fine, but when I press the power button to turn on my tv, it opens up the Fire tv interface first. Is there any way to make it to where when I turn the tv on it will automatically open up Google tv?

Hi @fylee 

That will be a TV side setting and you might not be able to change it. Look in the TV's setting menu for any CEC related settings. Some TVs have a setting for tuning to the last used HDMI device.  Your TV may default to the FireTV though.  Do reach out to Toshiba's support channels as well. They may be best able to sort this out.
