I am unable to connect new Chromecast 3rd gen. to my Wi-Fi 5 GHz

I already have a Chromecast device connected to my Wi-Fi 5 GHz.

I did purchased a new Chromecast 3rd gen.

I am trying to setup the new Chromecast device to my Wi-Fi 5 GHz without success.

I am able to connect the new device to Wi-Fi 2 GHz.

I already have conversation with an Advisor, his final words "Let me connect you to the next level of support. kindly stay on chat." then I received one more message "We're sorry but this message could not be answered by an Advisor. Please visit Google Nest Support."

How to solve this issue, please?

I have to use channel 36 on my Wi-Fi 5 GHz.

So I was able to setup the new Chromecast 3rd gen with success on my Wi-Fi 5 GHz.

Note: Google Advisor should upgrade his knowledge about this issue and solution.
