I can't cast doesn't find my tv on Videotron

Hi, 

l just bought a TCL 4k QLed tv. I Can cast on everything except Vidéotron Helix Tv (app tv provider) IT doesn't show my tv when i am trying to cast. 

In the helix  and the Google home app i See That my tv is There, the signal is strong.

I Can cast on every other app (shows my tv) except Vidéotron. 

So far , i restarted my phone, my tv, my internet and even  called videotron Who Says it's a Google problem. 

Can someone help ?
