I have problems with Chromecast

I bought a Chromecast but I faced several problems 

The first problem is that it is not possible to lower and raise the volume in the remote and it is not possible to control the Google Assistant 

The second problem I faced is that I cannot summarize the application store on the home screen 

The third problem is that I cannot download applications outside the store, and there is no box in the settings that allows downloading applications from unknown sources

Thanks for posting. I understand that you are facing some situations with your Chromecast device, such as not being able to control the volume, summarize the app store on the home screen, and download external apps from the app store. Don't worry, I can help. 

For the first situation with the volume, you can try with these steps: 

1. To start setup, turn on your streaming device, and then at the top right of your TV screen, select your profile All settings.
2. Select Remotes & Accessories and then Set up remote buttons. You’ll now be on the remote button setup screen. If you haven’t added a device yet, you’ll need to add one before continuing. Select Add a device, and then your device type and then your device brand.

For the concern about the store application on the home screen. In this case, you can just search for the apps on the apps tab; the store app is not going to show up on the home screen. You can check this: 

1. From the Google TV home screen, scroll to the "Apps" tab.
2. To browse for apps, move up or down to find different categories. When you find a category you're interested in, move to the right to find items. You can also select a category from the "App categories" section.
3. Select the app or game you want.
4. To install the app or complete your purchase, follow the on-screen instructions.

Here are the apps that you have available on your Google TV. We do not recommend downloading apps that can be dangerous for the device's functionality.
