I'm using the OWN rule Chromecast player from Walmart the volume goes from low to extremely High

I've tried to change volume control settings multiple ways. There isn't any rime or reason to it. Plus there isn't any visual volume bar reaction.

Hey there Justin,

 

I'm not too sure I know what kind of Chromecast model you're talking about, are you referring to the Chromecast with Google TV, or a TV with Chromecast built-in? If you are referring to the Chromecast with Google TV, you can check out the advanced sound settings to make sure everything looks and sounds right. However, if it's a TV with Chromecast built-in, you may want to check out your TV manufacturer's website or manual to adjust those sound settings.
