I need to return this Chromecast cant get it to work- bought from Amazon - Returns Code please ?

Ive tried everything - cant see the device on Blue Tooth voa Home- tried going to a different room and using an Apple Macbook Pro- tried on TV - spent too long on it - would like to return via Amazon.
