Regards all.
I had reset one of my my Chromecast Audio when the outage began.
Today I was able fix it without waiting for Google's support instructions. This is the procedure.
1. Changed the android's phone date to March 7, 2025 (before the outage of March 9, 2025).
2. With location turned on..... Initiated the procedure to add a new chromecast on the Google Home app. The procedure completed, but, still I could not cast to the Chromecast Audio.
3. Changed the phone's date back to the current date. The Chromecast updated immediately to the current software.
4. Restarted my phone. FIXED.
Hope this helps all who did the reset.

Excelente lo hice y funcionó..no hizo falta volver a poner la fecha actual ... se reinicio con la fecha 07/03
