Live TV Tab Can't Scroll Down (3/21/2025)

I've powered Down and reset my Google streamer and live tv cannot scroll down. Any ideas?

Never mind. It quit working again!!

If you to live and push the down button. You can hear it click, but nothing happens. Grrrrr!!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you can't scroll in the live TV tab with your Google TV streamer. Don't worry, let's work together to get this resolved. To help me with that, please confirm:

  • Can you scroll in any app?
  • Do the buttons in the Voice remote control work?
  • Is there any light in the voice remote control?
  • Have you tried replacing the batteries in the voice remote control?
