I am stuck on the screen “loading error unable to load home”. I have factory reset but this has not resolved it. An issue is that my brand Ffalcon is not listed in the brands in the set up   All I have is the standard apps and no access to tv channels unless I return to the tv. Help. Brand new tv. Brand new chrome cast not happy. Thank you. Brian

same here,  brand new unit.  configures and plays apps ok,  but home screen & “your services” show error loading page.  have already factory reset unit and its exactly the same after reboot and configure

I've tried factory reset, restarting, power off and on, system update, updating all apps, switching to different google accounts, non of them helped. 

The bright side is that you still can access Google Play and download apps.

Cleared Google TV App's cache and data. This worked for me.

oh thanks you saved the day! I clear data for the Google TV app and it works now, I didn't uninstalled updates though. It proves that clearing cache wasn't enough.

Thanks everyone. I cleared the cache and data, turned off TV  depowered for 30 seconds, factory reset chromecast, started again. Other than TV not being listed in Chromecast but used the alternate manufacturers brand finally got it all set up except for the volume switches. Working well now
