Mi tv no se escucha en los canales de tv, pero en otras app si se escucha todo bien

En todas la app se escucha el audio muy bien pero al poner los canales de tv no se escucha nada.

  • Are you watching TV channels through a cable box, an antenna, or a live TV app?

  • When did the issue start?

  • Have you tried restarting your TV by unplugging it from the wall for about a minute, then plugging it back in?

  • Have you checked your TV's audio output settings to ensure the speakers are selected and not an external device like a soundbar?
