Yes, you can pair multiple Google TV Voice Remotes to one Google TV Streamer. When I tested at first it said it couldn't pair but after trying a second time it worked.
Both remotes functioned at the same time and will have the same Favorite button.
Additional remotes can be purchased at the Google Store.
