Netflix nightmare for 3 years

This is some kind of grotesque... this device has a dedicated button on the remote that says NETFLIX, and for 3 years no one has done anything to fix the problem. UI can freeze for several minutes between episodes. You can't do anything, the buttons don't respond, you can only return to Google TV Home. When browsing, many movie thumbnails are missing, often most of them are missing and only after some time they are loaded. Waiting for the movie to start often takes a minute or two, loading stops at xx%. Reset, return to factory settings of the device, reinstallation of the application - all this has already been done many times... and most importantly, this only applies to the NETFLIX application. I use at least 6 other streaming services without the slightest problem.

In order to properly resolve this situation, I'd like to ask what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. Also, I suggest performing a factory reset on the voice remote.
