Netwerkproblemen door streamer

Sinds we de Google streamer hebben hebben we storing in het thuisnetwerk. Regelmatig bufferen de decoders. De streamer lijkt de storing te veroorzaken. Als ik de stekker van de streamer verwijder is het probleem weg. Oplossingen? Bvd

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you're experiencing interference when connecting your Google TV Streamer (4K). I'm happy to assist you! I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

Refresh HDMI and USB ports on your TV and Chromecast:

  1. Completely power off your TV (disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet).
  2. Disconnect the Chromecast from the HDMI port and, if applicable, from the wall outlet.
  3. Disconnect all other devices connected to any of the HDMI ports on your TV.
  4. With the TV still unplugged, press the power button on the TV for approximately 30 seconds.
  5. Power on the TV and reconnect the Chromecast's power source, but do not yet plug the Chromecast into the TV's HDMI port.
  6. Wait until the TV has fully powered on.
  7. Plug the Chromecast device into the HDMI port on the TV.
  8. Test if the issue persists.
