New setup issue

Screen has a test result, post: waiting test, autp gamma: adjusted... will not go away

  • Is it a Google Nest device, or is it from a different brand? If it’s a Nest device, could you confirm the specific model? You can use this article as a reference: Google Nest devices.
  • Can you send me a photo of the message you received? 
  • Are you doing the new setup on a smartphone or a tablet? Also, please send me the specifications of the device you are using for this process.

  • Did this start after a specific event, like a power outage, a firmware update, or perhaps pressing a specific combination of buttons?
