No Dolby Atmos with amazon music or spotify

Hello I am using amazon music and spotifiy.

I cant play dolby atmos content with this apps, other Apps like Netflix works.

I swiched from automatic music codec mode to manuell and back. Inbthe history it works with netflix. I am using an Dolby atmos soundbar  Samsung 995  The soundbar get Stereo PCM . Rolby atmos Blue ray for example working like a charme.
