Parental controls Google TV

I bought Google TV specifically to have the parental controls only to find there is zero option of parental controls and wasting hours trying to figure it out. I live in Quebec, and maybe that is a reason? However, there is NOTHING on the site that mentions that this option is not available for this reason as this site does not specify which regions this option is not available in. How do you allow content to say here is the functionality that may or may not work in your region/device but we won't specify which regions or devices - just buy it, waste hours of your time to figure it out. Is there something I am missing here?

Unfortunately, as it mentions, kids profiles may not be available in some regions or on some devices so I totally understand your frustration on that front. This is mostly a user to user community, therefore if this is important to you, I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.
