Philo won't play selections

Philo app opens and shows  menu, but won't play selections.  Various error messages.

Which error messages do you see? How do you connect to the internet? Wifi or ethernet adapter? How stable is your internet provider? 

(I can only makes guesses as the app is not available fro me in Germany)

After multiple contacts with both Google and Philo, the app started working.  Thanks for your inquiry.
