Set up went fine but I can't find any way of fast forwarding within an episode of a series I am watching or of selecting a particular episode of a series. The device decides where I am up to and will only go forward from that point but it is often incorrect. The remote seems very basic unless I am not understanding how to use it for these features that are in other remotes I have used.

• What model of streaming device do you have?
• Are you using the buttons on the Voice Remote control or using voice commands?
• When you say 'fast forwarding,' what specifically are you trying to do? Are you trying to skip ahead a few minutes, or jump to a specific timestamp?
• Which streaming service are you using when you encounter this issue?

I have the GOOGLE TV STREAMER 4K but I am not using Voice Remote, I didn't know it existed! I was expecting button control and the manuals are limited and I guess assume you are on top of technology. I will try it out.  Can I say "mute", " episode 6" etc  and expect a response? Thanks!

Thank you for the update. You can use voice commands with your Google TV Streamer Voice Remote to find and play entertainment on your linked TV, get information, control smart devices linked in the Google Home app, and more.
