Chromecast stopped working for  me too today when using Prime Video....however BBC iPlayer worked fine !

To isolate the root cause of this issue, I have some questions for you: 

  • What's your Chromecast device model? Please check out the following link for your reference: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications
  • Can you tell me more about what happened when you tried to watch something on Prime Video? Did it just spin and load, or did you get an error message?
