Remote IR stop working

I have a Sonos soundbar, where i have Bern controlling the volume wirh the control for a White. But Noe it had just stopper working. The IR on my Sonos is not responding. I have tried to repair the remote, new batteries, Restart cast.

What to do?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast voice Remote. Let's check on this further.

Quick question: What's the LED light status in your Chromecast Voice Remote? 

Try these additional steps:

1. Check for pending remote software updates. Go to Settings > Remotes and Accessories > Remote update > Continue. The remote may briefly disconnect during the software update.
2. Forget the Chromecast Voice Remote. Go to  Settings > Remotes and Accessories > Chromecast Remote > Forget.
3. Pair the remote. Go to  Settings > Remotes and Accessories > Pair remote or accessory and follow the instructions on the TV.
   Note: If applicable, you may also press the button on the Chromecast device for 1 second for the pairing to start.
4. If the steps above don't work, perform a factory reset on your Chromecast Voice Remote and Chromecast dongle.
