Spotify won’t launch app on google tv, need help.

Spotify app wont’s launch on google tv. Have tried re installing, deleting cache, forced quit, rebooting wifi, reconnecting wifi. Rebooted the google tv, plugged and unplugged everything. It will cast the audio from my phone, but the app won’t open on google tv.

I'm sorry you're running into this situation. I understand how frustrating it can be.

I'd also like to ask a few questions:

• Is everything else working fine on your Chromecast with Google TV? Have you noticed any other apps malfunctioning, or is this specific to Spotify?
• Have you experienced this inconvenience before, or is this the first time?
