Streamer netflix error code tvq-pb-101 (5.2 15)

I sometimes get this error when watching dolby vision/atmos shows. Pressing back and playing the show again fixes the issue but it does get annoying so I am looking at possible fixes. Anyone else experiencing this?

I understand how frustrating it can be when things do not work as expected. But don't worry; help is here. In this case, you can try to solve the situation with these steps:

  1. Restart your device: Turn off your device, wait 15-20 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Restart your home network: Turn off your modem and router, wait 30 seconds, and then turn them back on.
  3. Check your internet connection: Make sure your connection is fast enough for Netflix. If you're using Wi-Fi, check if Netflix is blocked on the network.
  4. Sign out and back in to Netflix: To the Netflix home screen, select Get Help, then Sign Out, and then Yes. Sign back in and try Netflix again.
  5. Check your HDMI connection: Try using a different HDMI cable, or try connecting your device directly to your TV with an HDMI cable.
