There seems to be an issue with my Chromecast with Google TV

Recently I just bought this cast 4k (Sat, Nov. 25) and all of a suddenly it started to factory reset on its own today(Nov 27), starts with a Bluetooth pairing issue all out of nowhere, and then the factory reset, I tried already switching the HDMI it's connected to, and even changing to a diff power outlet and the issue continues, it does it while in use, could be Netflix, YouTube, doesn't matter it just factory reset. Is there anything I could do to fix the issue?

Factory resets or reboots? 

 

If factory resetting by itself, I would guess the factory reset button on the device is either being pushed in somehow or is stuck on.. try to loosen it by pushing on it a few times hard and see if that clears it up.

Factory resets, an "erasing" message appears and starts the process.

The button on the unit is somehow being pressed then , try to press firmly on it to dislodge it and see if that helps.
