Unable to cast using Built In Chrome cast on Sony Google TV

Hi 

I am using a 43" Sony Bravia Google TV. Unfortunately I am unable to cast anything from Android APP or Chrome browser to the TV. The device list is not showing when trying to cast. I tried to connect to wifi 2.4 GHz channel 11 on both TV and PC to eliminate the issue with the 5Gz wifi issue. any idea?
