Unable to select LIVE channel on Chromecast with Google TV (4K)

I have added my YouTube TV service to the Google TV account on Chromecast with Google TV.
From HOME screen, when I select "LIVE" tab and try to select a TV channel, it won't go down to channel selection.
I have to start YouTube TV app to watch the TV from its LIVE tab.

Why is it preventing me from selecting a TV channel when I have already linked my YouTube TV service with this acocunt (which is under the same name)? Thanks.

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Live Tab issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you out. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• When did this issue start happening?
• Is your Chromecast's firmware up-to-date?
• What country do you reside in?

If you are living in a country other than the ones listed in the article on device availability, some functionality, such as the Live tab, won't function properly.
