In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Remove, then reinsert the Voice Remote batteries.
2. Unplug the USB-C connection from the streaming device to disconnect it from the power source and reboot the device.
3. Leave the streaming device unplugged for one minute, then plug it back in.
