While using my new Goole TV Streamer I pressed the mute button for more than 3 seconds. An accessibility menu came up. Since then I have had the streamer audibly tell me that volume up, down or mute. I have tried turning off accessibility features but the audbile messages continue. When I press and hold the mute button I get thje accessibility menu but the remote cannot navigate the menu. only way to exit this menu is to press home button. How can I turn off thei feature.

Found the issue. This is specific to LG TV. When you press and hold the mute button for 3 seconds, it activates the accessibility menu within google streamer. This also activates the Audio Guidance on the LG TV. You will need to go into the accessbility menu on the LG TV to turn it off.

Hi @LJC_CAN,
Thanks for posting in the community. I understand that when you press the mute button on your Google TV Streamer for more than 3 seconds, an accessibility menu appears on your LG TV. This is because the "voice" feature is an accessibility feature called "Audio Guidance" that's being activated on your LG TV. I appreciate the detailed information you've shared. I'm glad to know you've found a solution. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you encounter any further issues.
Regards,
Jonathan
