Wi fi and 4k playback issue

 Chromecast can see  Wifi network but couldn't connect to wifi and onther issue is Chromecast can't play 4k content properly many times video playback is stuck.

Is this your own personal home Wifi, not a shared Wifi network at school, work, or a hotel or cafe etc?

Are other devices connected to the Wifi without issue?

Has it connected successfully in the past?
