Youtube showing error "this item is not available in your country"

I recently bought Chromecast and plugged with android TV. But when I tried to use YouTube it doesn't installed and showing an error massage as follows " This item is not available in your country". On the other hand other apps like Netflix is working properly. What is the solution?

Thanks for your kind response. The device is "Chromecast with Google TV (4K)" and trying to connect from Cambodia.  Moreover, I do not confirm the country update on the google play account. Could you please guide me to check the update?

Thanks for the reply. You can change the country of your Google Play Store in settings from an Android device or from the Chrome browser by visiting https://goo.gle/3aFSuU8 and signing in with your account. Apply the changes to the settings. Let us know if you have questions.
