hi,
after having had the Chromecast device perfectly functional on may TV for a month, since yesterday I am unable to install new applications. The error message says 'An error occurred. Please try again.' Besides this, the device works and the already installed applications function perfectly.
I tried to remove the cache of the google play services an google play stores, but the problem contiunues.
