control remote chromecast with google tv (hd) not working

Well, I have a Chromecast 4 HD, and right after a trip, the remote control stopped working, I've already done all the tutorials I found on the internet and in this forum, now it seems that the control is on standby, it flashes quickly once every 10 seconds, and it doesn't connect to Chromecast. Can someone help me?
