non funziona il mio chromecast

Buongiorno Sig.ri mi chiamo Luciano ,ecco a tal riguardo vorrei esporre il mio problema del mio chromecast che non ha nessuna intenzione di caricarsi , in pratica una volta collegato il tutto wifi e collegamenti vari sul monitor del mio smartv fuoriesce l'icona di google tv che cerca caricarsi ma alla fine nulla di fatto .Ecco quello che vorrei sapere a tal proposito cosa bisogna aspettarsi che questo problema si risolva e che non persiste ancora visto che ho sentito che si lamentano a tal proposito tante persone

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

  • What is the model of your Chromecast? Here's a Google Help Center article that can help you identify your device: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications.
  • What is the color of the Chromecast LED light?
  • Are you getting any error message in the Google Home app or on the TV screen when the inconvenience occurs?
  • Is your Chromecast and mobile device connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?
  • What's the Chromecast firmware version? You can use this Google Help Center article as a reference: Find your device’s firmware version.
  • Could you please perform an internet speed test while you are trying to stream with your Chromecast?
  • Is your Chromecast plugged directly into the TV's HDMI port?
  • Do you have an AVR connected to your TV?
  • Has the Chromecast ever worked with this TV?
  • How far from the router is your Chromecast?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your environment, such as a change in WiFi network or recent outages? 
  • What is the make and model of the mobile device you're using for setup?
