Briefly:
I've had “Shaun the Sheep: The Big Chase” in my account for free since 18.09.2014, and it can't be hidden (on the Chromecast) or completely removed from the account.
It started [a few years ago] when I found the movie in my library on Chromecast and couldn't hide it - all the others could.
I wrote to support, but they couldn't help me.
I also reported logs from the Chromecast directly (several times).
I have the other two free ones (“Clash of the Titans” and “Gravity”) and I can still see them (or they can be hidden properly).
I recently also asked the support to completely remove the movie from my account but without a transaction id (which is not existing for free accounts?) they can't help nor do they see the movie in my account.
Looks like the whole movie entry is bugged?

According to the negative reviews, there are many people having this issue.
