Until about a week, the streamer worked fine with existing settings but recently it stopped working for Dolby Vision content. I noticed it with Netflix shows that I was watching. When you start playing the episode (which is in Dolby Vision) the screen goes black, Dolby Vision logo comes on top and you hear the dialog but no picture ever shows up. At first, I thought it must be Netflix app problem, so I cleared data and cache for the app but it didn't help. I then changed turned off the HDR setting in the Netflix app and the content started showing on the TV. So now I am watching Netflix shows with HDR. Today I am watching Apple TV app and the same problem is their with Dolby Vision; black screen with audio but no video. Unfortunately, Apple TV app doesn't have a setting to turnoff HDR. I changed my Streamer's resolution now to Automatic (1080p) which means that I am not viewing it in 4K which sucks!
This was all working fine just a week ago so what changed? I am not sure what I need to do to have the Streamer deliver the Dolby Vision in 4K.

Hi pras4android,
Thank you very much for contacting the community! I understand the issue you are experiencing with your Google TV Streamer (4K). It was working fine until about a week ago but has stopped working with certain Dolby Vision content. Specifically, with Netflix programs, the audio works, but the screen goes completely black. You mentioned this also happens when you use the Apple TV app. I appreciate the time you took to troubleshoot by disabling the HDR setting for Netflix, noting that the Apple TV app does not have that option. Don't worry, I am here to help!
I would like to ask you a few questions so I can provide you with some troubleshooting steps:
