unable to migrate files on onn 4k pro. I've tried many ways to format the USB. I followed thus video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35XFf0Us5_M
The video calls for USB to be enabled until end of video. Then I removed power from device and powered on again. This method worked for a TCL google TV but not for ONN
The ironic part is I can move files one at a time. I can see shared space increase and USB space decrease as I move each file.
When I pull up the storage screen, the shared space remains at 23GB and USB space remains a 62GB.
All numbers remain the same after reboot.
After moving several files manually, I tried to migrate and it failed
