My new camera turns off after a few seconds so it isn’t possible to
complete set up. I’ve reset it several times and tried various outlets
but no luck. How can I get the camera to stay on long enough to complete
set up?
I did a hard reset and it is now working. Sorry I can’t remember how to
do the hard reset but basically I googled how to reset a nest cam and
got a page with instructions.
Thanks for your reply. The USD only fits in the plug one way so I tried
the plug upside down. It is getting power to start up but doesn’t stay
on long enough that the light turns blue for set up. So the setup
process can’t even start.
