I need help if you can, I live in England where I want my nest flood light to go does not have light wiring. can I plug my nest flood light to a 3 plug outlet or do it have to be plugged into a light wire.

I recently bought the flood light in the UK and am wondering the same. Can I plug it into a socket also what fuse size to use.
