My Nest cam IQ outdoor will not connect throwing an NC023 error, nor
will it factory reset, when I try to use a paperclip the light stops
blinking and nothing happens.
Found the issue, I was trying to connect with a regular non nest usb
power block. It seems the nest power block has some kind of voodoo in it
to enable a new device to connect.
My Nest cam has become disconnected, I'm trying to add it, but the app
keeps throwing a NC023 error. I have tried all suggestions. I have tried
several devices. Help
