You can change the notification sound, but it will change the sound for
all notifications from the doorbell & from the Home app! There doesn't
appear to be any way to simply set an individual notification sound for

Did you figure this out? I'm so confused, it seems like this doorbell
doesn't provide the basic functionality you'd expect from a doorbell,
i.e. immediately alerting you in a noticeable way that someone is
