Hello and thank you for replying Bryan. I have the nest hello (1st Gen
wired).I figured it out. I think. I read somewhere that you need the
transformer with 30vac and mine is only 10 so
I have the nest hello (1st Gen wired).Apparently the battery can go bad.
To resolve this, I turned off the chime and get announcements from my
displays. It's apparently a common issue, and hopefully it works for
you.
