Camera is completely dead and will not charge. May be faulty. Bought through curry’s. Where do I stand?

Hi Brad Thank you for getting back to me. Yes I do still need help with this. Although do you think I am best to see if I visit curry’s first? If the unit is faulty where do I stand with Google?
