How do you tell what the device is when it's listed as 'unnamed'?? I want to remove all the devices or pause them to get them off my network

I did confirm that I have the Nest Aware Plus subscription active but will check the Home App to see if the 'home' maybe set-up incorrectly. It seems like this all became a problem when I switched subscriptions and upgraded to Nest Aware Plus.
