Finally got mine yesterday - I’d uploaded my invoices on 7/12/21! Got
there in the end but very frustrating and extremely poor service from
google who missed the original timescales they quoted me by around 3
months!
If only that was true! They clearly don’t care at all about customers.
They’re a tech company for goodness sake - how difficult can it be to
process refunds that are supposedly already approved!
They’re absolutely useless - I was told my reimbursement had been
processed and added to the list for 17 Jan 22 and I should receive the
money 4-5 weeks from then. Goes without saying I’m still waiting! Just
keep getting the same pointless responses ...
I’ve just been advised they are currently dealing with requests from

Thank you for your reply - case I’d is 7-4513000031980. Hope you have
more luck than me trying to get anywhere. Google are the worst company I
have ever dealt with for customer service and I will never buy their
nest thermostat products again!
