No data on a new google fi account. WiFi not working right. Can't make any calls at all. What's wrong with my phone

Google fi account issues. No data and WiFi acting up. Can't make any calls

I just started a google fi phone account today and the app says I'm good to go. That I can make calls but it want let me. I don't have any data and my WiFi is acting crazy. I don't know what to do
