With no response from Google on the issue of my Hub stopping working and
one of my Google Nest Cams now stopping working, I took the decision to

My Home Hub also has stopped working. It has the dreaded grey G logo.
Factory reset did not work either. I got this from the Google Store in
June 2020, will I be eligible for a replacement ?
