Hello. I tried that forgot password in Nest. Still no reset email arrived.

I do sign in via google, then it pulls up a screen that says enter Nest password, which I don't know. So i hit forgot password, then enter my email. But then I never receive the reset password email. That's the issue. i TOOK A SCREENSHOT OF THE PAGE,...

I believe it is my original google account, which is this one.

I click reset password, enter my account info and I never receive the reset password email. Still is happening.
