I believe I have the power connectors correct, but they are not being detected when I go to settings on the Thermostat. I can measure 25V at the thermostat. does anyone know what the power measurements should be? One of mine show: 3.665VVOC 33.69VIN2...

Yes, its a multi-zone boiler system. Make: System 2000 Energy Kinetics Mode: EK-1C. Yes, I only have 2 wires for the thermostats. No blown fuses yet! Thermostats function normally the way its connected in the pictures.
